Editing Photos for Double Page spread

For the exterior shots and the working i made sure that the lighting was all correct by picking the right time of day and using an artificial light so there was no editing needed:

Photo above: This photo is good as it portrays the hard work and effort that goes in behind the scenes of making music.

Photo Above: I chose this photo for my main photo as it adds to the mystery behind the artist. The lighting also shows the connotations of underground and the artist is coming into the light and is upcoming.

Photo Above: This photo was good as i thought it was very powerful in showing how the artist is dark and this represents his style of music. It also shows he is upcoming as he is walking towards the camera.


However for one of the closeups i wanted to edit it slightly as the lighting was poor and there was clutter in the background which i wanted to remove.  I wanted to remove the clutter as it  was very distracting to the eye, and without it audiences focus on the artist. Below are the originals and the edited version:
